Behind these walls lies a hidden government -- nominally under state command, but in reality dictating the terms of Pakistan's most sensitive policies -- Afghanistan, Kashmir and nuclear weapons. They have also been instrumental in bringing the Taliban to power. "Almost immediately after the Soviet departure, the ISI started running the Taliban's political and military structure," observes Ahmed Rashid. Although Pakistan still denies direct involvement with the Taliban, evidence is now emerging that shows clear links between the two. While General Musharraf has signed up on the side of the US, the ISI has other ideas. "A few days after September 11, several officers went back in again to advise the Taliban on how to prepare military defences," reveals Rashid. Already, Musharraf has sacked his ISI boss for encouraging the Taliban to resist the US. The US must be asking with friends like the ISI, who needs enemies?

Well , these videos are produced by some people who are just showing one side of the story and clearly they are trying to gain something. Being from the Tribal areas of Pak , I know very well that Afghanistan was at war for 10 years . Six major groups of Afghanistan were fighting with each other & with Russia. Pakistan was fedup with this war & made Taliban , who took Afghanistan and peace was established. Then the Pak army officers returned to Pak and left Afghanistan to them to rule.

After 9/11 , Pakistan tried its best to convince Taliban to surrender Osama, but they refused. Musharraf twice flew to Afghanistan to convince Taliban , but they refused saying that its their country and although we are thankful to Pakistan for helping us defeat Russians and the six rebel groups of Afghanistan, we cannot surrender Osama. So Paksitan tried once again to stop yet another war in Afghanistan , but it was helpless and America attacked Afghanistan.

This is all fake. ISI never created Taliban, the Taliban just came to power. Even ISI is doing something that is destroying Pakistan, General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani will destroy ISI by his own hands.

ISI...the biggest threat to Pakistani civil governments n Pakistani citizens itself..they are the people who are actually running Pakistan coz there is no check n balance on isi..it can do whatever it wishes to its own people and nobody dares to ask them a question..isi is like a mafia in Pakistan which abducts,torture n kill anyone who dnt agrees with them..the Adyala jail scandal is in front of everyone nowadays and clearly shows the cruelty of this gang called ISI..and m a PAKISTANI..!!
