E adevarat ca Henry Coanda a fost primul care a construit un motor cu reactie (termojet un motor foarte ineficient) dar cei care au facut primele motoare cu reactie cu rotatie continua fara a necesita un al 2-lea motor pt a pune in miscare un compresor sunt Henikel si Frank Whittle.

This is one of the most interesting aircraft developed.
Very impressive and way ahead of its time.

Let me mention here that Avro Canada has a US Patent (Patent 3022963 Disc-type aircraft with peripheral jet control
Feb 27 1962 ) for the Avrocar. The only connection with Coanda is the intention of using the Coanda Effect. It has nothing to do with Aerodina Lenticulara. That concept( of Coanda) is not attainable
