you are awesome,not only an inspiration but a very pretty lady,I have gone from 294 to 254 in 2 months,im walking about 18 miles a week and about 3 hours of weights a week,plus i am eating moderate meals,also healthier,fight the good fight and dont let anyone hold you back,u r worth it!!!!!!!

yo.. has anyone tried the Acuspeed 24 Diet (google it)? I am told some great chatter about it and my father burned a lot of weight trying it.

So, how did you start up your regimen?
At what month, or what level of weight loss did you step up your cardio to 1 hr/6x a week? Thank you so much for posting these videos. You're helping us all to get organized with our weight loss goals!

The 1 hour cardio I technically started at around 3 ½ months but I was still doing some 45 minute days. At 4 months I was consistently at one hour. Thanks for your question.
