Chinese Daibolos, they break easy if you let it hit the floor.
Rubber Daibolos, they are strong and sturdy, but doesn't create that amazing wirrrring sound.
Rubber > Chinese/plastic

@gaussman08 real man use Chinese yo-yos. the lack of stability and awesome whirling sound allows you to do more crazy tricks. The best is the Chinese yo-yo/Diablo Hybrids that we used in later videos. It's has Diablo's stability and ruggedness but still makes sound (though not as loud). They are sold in Taiwan for about $15 a piece.
