  • Sorry you didn't like the song, my brother made it. He was just screwing around on his new guitar and I thought it was kind of cool...

  • @exerciseequipment i liked the song mate fucking 80s style i think your brothers got some talent there..... but about the total trainer im not getting much out of it to be honest how about you

  • thanks for the video . . .

this machine looks great for upper body training, but isn't it too light for leg training ?

even though you can add weights, you'd have to add a lot of weights for even a beginner to get anything out of the squats on this machine . . . or am I mistaken ?

really appreciate an answer because I am looking for something like this

  • Great demo and many useful exercises! I like the song sounds awesome like

    Joe satch! Thumbs up!

  • I hear Steve Vai tone

  • This may not be a "review", but she makes very clear and concise movements that are easy to duplicate. Thanks for the start up on my first day!

  • This is not a review. I call Party foul. Rating you down, and filing a complaint. Thanks.

  • that guitar play sounds an awfull lot like Steve Vai anyone ??

  • cool dude.

  • Yup ! Its smooth ... Love it still :) Lost 20 pounds since my last post lol

  • @spamdude1 I ordered my dual rail this morning, one step down from this one. Yes, I believe it has enough resistance. With the Weider 5000 which I already have, you can go to muscle failure with most exercises on the higher setting. I do see your point doing Squats, so I hope the ability to add 100lbs max will curb this.
