I have been working on improving my running form. While it has improved, it is still pretty bad. After my next marathon, I am going to take some time to play with the Pose Method. I bought this EZ Run Belt to try to see if it will help. It's supposed to let you feel what proper form feels like. Watching the video, it does seem to encourage me to keep my knees bent morre, and to land with my foot slightly back. And it also pulls my leg up under me more. I will play with the belt over the coming months.
I am not sure if it is really worth the money. I think a better investment would be the POSE Method DVD. I have been doing the drills and working on running like that, and it seems to be making a big difference.
