How to crack Windows Live Messenger 8.5 to bypass upgrade

Tools needed:
Download Windows Live Messenger 8.5 from any source, just make sure that it works. Since your laze i will provide you with a download link for it:

Second tool needed is Resource Hacker. Download it and extract it to your desktop just to make things esay. Here is the download link:

Version Number role:

Version numbers are meant to be secret. Its a good idea to make a version number that you know Microsoft will never find out about it because when they find out about it then they will block it.

As you can see on the video my old version number was 8.5.1302 and I changed it to 19.6.1907. Always try to keep your version numbers low as possible.

The first 2 numbers must always be under 99 and the sickened number must always be under 9 the last 4 numbers can go up to thousands but not millions.

Should any of those numbers go father then there are meant to be then msn will in most cases stop working or some futures will be limited in the worst case they will be detected and blocked by Microsoft.

@artisian8585 Yes, I think your version number is too high. Try to use the same version number that I used on this video. That will do the trick.
