Also I thought that Jennifer Lawerence was fine, the problem was they gave her the worst lines (see Mutant and proud). But whenever she wasn't talking, that was when she did a really good job. Although I might just be biased after seeing her being awesome in Winters Bone and because she is smexy

i actually thought the 3rd one was better. dont get me wrong tho, it was terrible.. but at least the plot was vaguely interesting.

i definately agree with you. especially beast's make up job, it was just flat out bad and his mouth didn't seem to move naturally when he spoke

I have to say, Ryan hit a lot of the problems right on the head. However, when you see the cheesy or bad acting, I feel like that falls right on the director too man... a good director aught to catch it when your hollywood film is getting crappy acting material. M Vaughn hasn't proved to me that he's a great acting director at all... he's had some great names working for him though! I would even venture to say Bacon's performance wasn't all that impressive in this film though... But McAvoy! WOW

@biofh Well, I had "mexican standoff" in quotes for a reason...if you'll remember, that was Aldo's line in the movie. Also, maybe "stealing" was bad form on my part. I'll give you that. But you have to admit it was at least a nod to that scene.
