I have no idea.
It was tucked away down some side street and looked like a warehouse entrance. You had to get a dodgy lift to the top level and walk through what seemed like an abandoned floor. It was quite eerie.
But, when you got up there, it had a huge roof bar, wide screen TV (for the Euro 2008 games that were on at the time) and a sick nightclub underneath.
We stayed at a hostel (not reccommended) here:
H-1088 Budapest Hungary (Google location) It was walking distance from here.
