I gained so much respect for the Hawks in this series even though they came up just short.

Teams with championship heart never die easy as Vancouver found out.

To all the Canucks fans, there is no such thing as luck. Smith was in the right place, and Luongo mad a dumb play. As for the officiating, stop complaining. Look at game three before you guys complain about anything else. Furthermore, the Hawks will for the third straight year in the Play offs. Have a good summer guys. Go Hawks.

@4evercubsrock I am a red wings fan aswell, much respect to the blackhawks fans and the blackhawks organization for staying strong in this series, as also the red wings tried to pull this off that playoff run, too bad we both couldnt finish. I would say your guys is was more epic though, loved how both 6 and 7 were in OT, by the way this commentator is awesome hahah, hAWKS WIN HAWKS WIN!

I have respect for the Wings because every year everyone keeps saying your players are washed up and the red wings wont even make it the playoffs but they just keep proving everyone wrong. and once again, they're doing it this year!

@bmrhojo1 Oh no doubt about it. I've been a Hawks fan since i was six during the Daze, Amonte, and Chelios era. I've seen total roster makeovers throughout the era, and knowing how good Bowman and Wirtz put our whole team together and acquired all these players shows that Lord Stanley will be hoisted by Toews once again. We got a really deep system and excellent minor league system that all our oyung studs come out of.

The core of this team is something every other team in the league wishes they had. And the prospects the Hawks are turning out should lead to quite a few parades down Michigan Ave.

@bhawksaddict Yeah I posted this one before Stan Bowman pulled off something I didn't think possible....the Campbell trade. Great move on his part. Led directly to the extension for Sharpie.

As for Hendry....I think that the Hawks gave up on him too soon....but I am willing to give Montador/LePisto a chance to prove me wrong.
