Value - depends on how good the chassis and hood is, and if everything is there - headlight and airbox are very hard to find. Average as found condition - about $500.
Top speed - 15 - 20 mph maybe.

ooh. some guy i know from the local rod and gun place has one and its in mint contidion, his dad bought it for himself when he was like 7 and they barely touched it. he said its worth over 15 grand

Are you sure it is a 1965 Model? A 1960 would be worth a lot more.
People who are not in the world of sled collecting really don't have accurate ideas of what old sleds are worth. A pristine one would be worth a premium to the right collector....but I think his price is a bit on the high side - if he can that much for it, I'll find more to sell to him!
