Based on Johnny Chung Lee's desktopVR application. Still a bit buggy; my wiimote seems to lose track of the infrared leds every now and then, causing it to be a bit jumpy :)

  • The jumpyness is something I also see in Johnny Chung Lees implementation. I think its due to the reason that the z-coordinate is calculated by the distance of the two infrared points - which is off course very bad in sensitivity if you compare it to the simple tracking of the points for x and y movement.

I wrote an algorithm to get rid of that jumpyness. Wanted to mail you about it, but the address you gave on the website seems to not work any more.

  • maybe the ir light is being reflected on your camera or something

  • awsome( i don't even know what this is all about)
