...understanding and never gets mad or offended. Due to the abuse i've decided to be abstinent. And he loves me anyway <3 it doesn't matter to him. He has had a huge impact on my healing process, as have many other loved ones. I also found this by accident, and i'm sure as hell glad that i did. i watched this video and fell in love with it. I'm 16. I've experienced multiple years of both physical and sexual abuse. It's all been kept a secret til recently. Flashbacks, nightmares, paranoia, constant fear in general. I've definitely been there. I've been free of the abuse for 6 months now. I'm still very jumpy. With the help of family & friends i'm learning to cope.
