HAHA! Wow... I can't believe that dude said that it was coming out for sure in October of 2009... That was over a year before VZW actually got it, and there's no way he would have known it was coming out. Customer service didn't even find out 100% for sure until the day the CEO announced it to the public. Ridiculous.

@buffsummers22 verizon still won the case though, they just had to pay for something similar to you asking for money for pain and suffering, cant remember what its called right now, but yea at&t lost the cases. and read the press releases, at&t lost because verizons commercials were all true. and when is something bad gonna happen to verizon? ive been laughing for the past 4 years since at&ts service has been terrible.

@Cruisexpert96 Aw your precious arent you. they actually are not winning the law suits, go look at the official court dates and read the complaints by AT&T. Verizon ened up paying AT&T a large amount of cash from the last law suit which was about Verizons commercial. hahaha it is just halarious. im going to laugh so hard when something bad happens to Verizon.
