Many libertarians reject the constitution. Even the ones who do like the constitution, do so, because they believe if strictly followed would limit the size and scope of government. The libertarians who reject the constitution would argue on the same lines as Lysander Spooner "...this much is certain - that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case, it is unfit to exist." Those who agree with spooner tend to be anarchists.
Spooner rocks, and slavery was never Constitutional, as he argued. Just putting something on a piece of paper doesn't make it jive with Natural Law.
