He won't be a cantor but a Quranic recitor. Allah tells us to recite the Quran in beautiful voices. So to u, he might be singing but he is not.

Did you hear what was happening to the pilgrims that tried to visit the holy sites in Palestine? Anyway I respect Muslims too but I was really angry because vvvTTTvvv made a really offensive comment on one of my videos saying I was a kafer and an infidel and this really offended me. I am not either one of those. I believe in the same God yet why am I labeled as a kafer.
