@Sequialtera I recognized at least two voices in this from professional voice actors. Luka's voice also did Belldandy in Ah! My Goddess! and Miku's voice actor has done numerous animes.
The vocals when singing are strictly Vocaloid though.

If you are interested in this movie and have an opportunity to come to Japan, I recommend you to visit Enoshima! I think this movie modeled there. The tram on 1:01 is Enoden. (Google "江ノ電"!) The lighthouse behind Miku singing must be "江の島灯台". The station Miku got off the tram is either "江ノ島駅" or "鎌倉高校前駅". (I'm not 100% sure with this) Anyway, if you want to feel the same breeze at the same location, visit Enoshima, Japan!
