YES this is Waaay better then a Starbucks, Pinkberry or a Bank.
If Fenders Ballroom In Long Beach, California had the same thing happen to it when it closed in 1993 instead of becomming a Best Western Motel then that would have been Much better and would have been cool to visit.
Fenders Ballroom is no longer even recognizable.
