This was probably one of the hardest things I have ever done. I think my last lifts were 450 bench 495dead 495squat i think mabey 525squat. Thanks to SGT Conyers, SSGT Mitchel, SGT Moore and SPC Ware. If you think its easy you do it.

  • thats only 405

  • @MyHeythere1 what's only 405?

  • @cperdue1922

    your bench

  • @MyHeythere1 watch the whole thing i ended with 455 on bench

  • Not saying it's easy by any means, but to say you are the strongest in the army I'd question that. I'm sure there are dozens of other army guys who could give you a good run for your money in that department.

  • @athletixbc i'm sure there are a lot that would give me a run for my money also. find them!! and have them do what I do. sgt fitz has me beat on bech but can he out lift me in all 3 lifts idk. cedrick is huge but i will go head to head with him any day in the gym. i guess you can claim something till disproven.

  • @Bigmatt7771 amen!! where it's always a party

  • not a single one of those squats was to depth. Have some fucking integrity, lower the weight, hit depth, and stop ego lifting. You might impress the weaklings that populate your unit, but to any serious lifter you're a joke.

  • Fuck all that shit its all about the marines

  • Just wondering how tall are you and how much do you weight?

  • I know 4 guys in the Navy stationed in VA that can outtotal you. Great lifting BUT.Go navy beat army.

  • @cperdue1922 Status: Mad

  • My cousin was in Iraq and he thought "running, sit ups and pushups is all you need" and that heavy squats/deadlifts were stupid and meant nothing. HAHAHAHA! What a moron!
