Great video. I'll use your tips to grow my potatoes. I can tell a few things, just from watching this, your probably ex military with that knife and that you are from Philly because of the way you pronounce water.

@djmopa Thanks for the input. BTW - I do have an interesting back ground. The accent is an adopted one that I learned over time, I used to have a strong accent that was very different.

Your welcome sir, thanks. Btw, do you have to put them in a carton or would just a plastic container do as well?

@djmopa Most any container will work. I find that egg cartons work well because they stabilize moisture and break apart easy for planting with the carton parts so that I don't break roots.

@YoungAndPrepping Buy organic potatoes. In other words, I buy potatoes that are not treated with chemicals that inhibit growth. The eyes will form and sprout naturally if the get some sunlight.
