@PatrikLarssonRang Oh yes. It does mean as much as olympics because it have been organized only 2 times in history (in 1996 and 2004).

First of all, the world cup doesn't mean as much as the olympics, for instance, Erik Ersberg, a backup goalie in the NHL.. We did not have Lundqvist in goal, we did not have the sedin twins or any of the bigger names, in the olympics where all these guys attend, it's a difference.
I personally think it's great that Norway won this game.
It shows they are coming up in the hockey world.
