Dangerous Love

Love is a powerful truth and if you get the revelation of what God has spoken in the scriptures about love then you will change the world. Love is what the world is missing and it's unfortunate that those who have tried to Love have done it apart from God which is like trying to keep objects grounded without gravity. It's not going to work. Instead of loving, many of us have worked and labored ourselves into the ground because we have tried to love without God. The bible is clear that God is love therefore if we know God then we will desire to walk in love as well. Forgiveness has everything to do with love, it's probably the primary expression of love seeing that's what Christ choose to display as the ultimate gift towards humanity the sacrifice of himself for our sins. Because we follow Jesus we must also live like him and he lived with the truth of love. Love is clearly defined and is without it dispute in 1 Corinthians 13. We must make every effort to love our friends families and enemies, because this is what our God has called us to. Jesus made it quite simple for us to understand although it may not be easy, he said if you love me then obey my commands. Which one of the commands should we follow since it has been proven though out time that no one can keep the commands perfectly. Jesus answeres this question and says in John 15:12 my command is this that you love one another as I have loved you. Jesus loved us with, forgiveness, sacrifice, patience and kindness. We must love as he loved.

@MizRoSa1 I think this is what the brother was talking about when he said that love was being overlooked because of it's simplicity. It's not about tracing deep Hebrew roots and then "claiming" to be apart of God's people. Not one (black) person in the U.S. has literally traced their roots to Israel nor have they been able to factually prove it, to others or themselves. It's about believing on the Lord Jesus Christ and walking in love. Love for God and love for others. Period. Jesus' words...
