Q: What's the future of the software industry and privacy with Web 2.0?
A: It's hard for sotware publishers and content publishers to protect their content in the digital age. Sharing cannot be stopped by technology or laws. Software will be going online, and a subscription model will become more common. For content, people will have to "bake in" ads and sponsors, as the Coke/Mentos guys did with their new viral video:
