But with this, I can say I am fighting my true desires to have sex with other women, which is in fact depressing me. I've become bitter, and incapable of being happy. Monogamy is nothing for humans. I now know that it's only a matter of time until I'll cheat as well. You're video helped me tremendously in realizing that I need to in fact end this relationship before people get hurt.

They are, with each comment, going into another level of depression as you said. If you ever read this comment, I'm sure you'll have already known that. I can honestly say that I am the only man, other than one other, who has never cheated on his partner before.

First of all, thank you for such wise words Mr. Lowe. After one video, I have obtained a large amount of respect for you and your views.
Unfortunately most of the people who commented on this video are deeply brainwashed into believing that Monogamy is what they desire.

But I AM going further. Monogamy is not a pat of nature, yet I could care less about what is natural. I WANT monogamy and I WANT marriage and commitment, and I will find a person that will share my views. I don't need fear to get me there, I don't even want to procreate, and I don't care what society says.

@tshorse Why shoudln't people do what they "want" aslong as they don't harm anyone else? I mean people have the right to not personally want to do something! But why try and dictate that others shouldn't do something if they are not harming anyone?

@polishactor i agree.moralistic aggressiom is as natural as polygamy, that's why has been proven the invention of monogamy is a better solution for some people. To the point african men and women raised in polygynous societies described their marriages as a continuous pain for them and their children, and they became monogamous against the fierce opposition of clans and parents.

Loyalty vs Monogamy are two different things. If you promise to stay with someone then your word should count for something. If you don't want to stay with someone then say so to the person. The problem is that people are dishonest!!!

I can understand people being offended by this video.
Plenty of Taoist masters, for example, are very happily married people. Some are hermits who will never have sex. The most important statement he makes is that you are put here to play a game, at whatever level you choose. The rigors of life in the man made world is one of oppression. He's just trying to show you the construct so you can choose whether or not you want to live in that construct or outside of it.
