  • Great, great, great video proving that not only is the tobacco dangerous the NICOTINE ITSELF is DEADLY! Many people think of the affects of the tobacco smoke & forget about the damage Nicotine on its own is doing. Nicotine itself, inside our vessels, somehow causes the growth of new blood vessels Hardening a smoker's Arteries & Veins & further accelerates their Narrowing and Clogging. New electronic cigarette "Many being used by Kids" are being used with incredibly high strengths Nicotine.

  • 1:17 he throws up gang signs.

  • But if its a stimulant, why does it make you relax?

  • I did the nicorettes gum for 5 weeks. It helped me, then I just stopped the gum. It was tough for the first 2 weeks when I stopped, but I got through it. I was tired of being a slave to cigarettes, if I didn't have a smoke first thing in the morning, and then 1 every hour, I got the shakes and got really uncomfortable. It's tough to quit smoking, it was hell for me, but I overcame my addiction and habit. Hopefully my comment helps someone that is trying to quit. God Bless.

  • SO TRUE..!!

  • Perhaps the carcinogens inhaled would also cause the body to react in fear? I think there is not enough discussion about the hormonal reactions from smoking - and quitting smoking - and maybe too much focus on the nicotine addiction alone. This is the kind of information that gets me enthused about quitting, about experiencing real relaxation again, instead of being caught in this stress cycle!
