Kaloyev greeted as hero as he comes home

Vitaly Kaloyev, whose fate aroused widespread sympathy in Russia, has had an emotional homecoming at Domodedovo airport, being greeted by relatives, friends and the media. He was released early after murdering Peter Nielsen, who he blamed for the death of his wife and two children.

Hopefully now the relatives of the murdered Air Traffic Controller will seek out this Kaloyev. Justice would be to brutally murder Kaloyev and anyone he cares about. An eye for an eye. Let's pray his death is violent, bloody, and whoever does it gets only a 2 month sentence.

@thaifighter911 That would be great, IF the controller was responsible for the crash!  Why don't you do some research! The crash was caused by confusion related to the TCAS system employed on the aircraft and a lack of clarity and uniformity on how it should be utilized by flight crews. The guy was a murderer and he murder someone who wasn't responsible for the death of his family.

I just watch this case on TV I was shocked, poor people who die that horrible way, and the controller was screaming go down! and the told them that the DHL flight was coming from the Right, when in reality was coming from the left, I found responsible the controller and Skyguide for this tragedy, hope this never happen again, and Mr. Kaloyev lost all in his life, but at least he has some relief after what he did, the law was in his side too.

@mcmixvi I'm afraid you're wrong. Pilots must always immediately act on the TCAS alert, not the ATC command. You're however correct that Neilsen was not at fault in the accident.

Peter Nielsen didn't do anything wrong, he told the Russian pilot to descent 1000 feet and that should have been enough, but the DHL pilot descended 1000 feet to because his TCAS told him to do so. It does not matter if God himself tells you what to do, you simply DO NOT change the altitude of an airplane without confirming first with the ATC. It was the DHL pilot's fault. Kaloyev is nothing but a low life coward murderer, his children are better off dead than being raised by such a scumbag.

@DunicanJ: Before you go feeling all sympathetic towards Mr Kayolev's most unfortunate loss. You might want to put yourself in Mr Peter Nelisens shoes? Or the shoes of his wife and 3 kids watching their husband and father die outside their front door? So are you telling me that if either Mr Nelisen's wife or one of his 3 kids goes and stabs Mr Kayolev to death, then we as a 21st century Society are supposed to feel sympathy towards them for committing murder? 2 wrongs don't make a right!!!
