  • Should I leave my wraps unrolled or rolled up tight when they're not being used?

  • @lbaumy unless you want them to stretch out to break in if they're too stiff i would just fold them up for storage.

  • @derkypoo42 Okay. I just got mine like a week ago and they're still really stiff. Thanks for the advice.

  • @lbaumy right on. if it's anything less than the convict wraps i would say savor the stiffness for as long as you can.

  • do u let it loose after set?

    please respond=)

  • @uscrunch yes for sure

  • @derkypoo42 You look pretty "bow legged" I'm a little "bow legged," as well! Should people with bow legs, use this??

  • Thanks bro

  • How long is this wrap?2m?

  • dont wrap tightly on joint itself,it will cause friction of patella with joint.wrap tightly below and up the joint.

  • Great tutorial. Been using the Bow Tie Spiral Technique with Titan THP's for about 18 months with no complaints...like the look of the Nichols tread w/ Bow Tie...a good combination, especially as I'm a light lifter and have plenty of wrap to go around. Saved to fav's...thanks again.

  • @derkypoo42 Love the video man, just got my own knee wraps! realy gonna try some of the techniques you have shown in the video. Bin doing 540kg legpresses and 200-220kg squats, with out any support for the knees, so I'm realy exited to hit the Gym and try out the knee wraps. keep the videos coming.
