Classic Mini Rover 1.3 Exhaust Sound (Crappy cam, sorry)

I'll post something new the moment I get a better cam. I recorded this with a Nokia N73, obviously the lovely noise was too much for the crappy mic. I cut the vid at where I floored it as the audio was completely inaudible from that point onwards.

This is a 1275TPi Mini Rover, automatic transmission, air conditioning and leather seats, tuned up ECU, customized fuel pump, and some other stuff that I do not know, I tossed the car to my mechanic, told him to tweak whatever he can, since we do not exactly speak the same language I only understood part of what he said he changed LOL.

From where I come from, ricers flood the roads (in fact you can hear one of those said ricers passing by before I started the mini up), and most people my age (You can see that this car has a "P" sticker for probation driver) point and laugh at this old veteran. I know firsthand what fun and joy it is to drive one of these, and I get my chance to laugh everytime I smoke a riced up car.

Ya Im originally from Brunei and moved away to Canada. I imported a 1993 Rover mini from japan too . Cant wait!!!!

@ahitah1 I'm sorry could you clarify? Sorry but that's a random question. Of course I would have moved the lever when it is not running, several times in fact. I can even start the engine when it is engaged in "D" or "R". No harm done.

did you move a gearchange lever when engine is not running??

I have one of this model in Chile(Southamerica) and no tobe sure to this.
