hm, it seems like so long ago! haha

i took it out on and off for a couple weeks but when i was around 16 weeks i took it out for good.

i still put the ring in for a day or two just to keep it open until after i have him

I know you are long past being pregnant but, I don't remember ever losing my mucous plug with my eldest (who was born at 37 weeks), and I think it was a week or so before I had my daughter (at 43 weeks)
