@Anaksbane2 Then I'm sorry to say this, but you completely missed the goal of the DTS. It is to strengthen your relationship with God and to let Him lead you in your future (which doesn't have to be missions). It isn't 6 months of babysitting unless you WANT it to be.
I'm on the 7th week of my DTS, and my relationship and understanding of God is much stronger.

To take it a step further, if you look in his collection, Anaksbane2 has videos in his collection making fun of Billy Graham, celebrating Keith Green (who financially supported YWAM's ministry in the U.K.; you can read about this in Keith Greens biography). So his attack in is really on people he claims to support and himself. As well, Anaksbane2 has illegal movie clips in his Youtube collection which leaves him a poor character witness.

Been there did that and ate the mars bar.
Ywam produces very few real missionaries. They baby sit unruly PK's and allow kids to hang for 6 months before they go on to get a real career. DTS is fun, BLS is fun but at the end of the day YWAM are happy to be paid for baby sitting christian youth who have rejected the faith of their fathers. Their theology of syncrinism should raise the eyebrows of any fundamental christian, then again perhaps there are no fundamental christians anymore.
