While trying to figure out the ZSNES recording feature, I played this stage for six hours before I gave up and tried to use Snagit. Snagit slowed me down even worse than this did, skipping entire sets of frames, not to mention not allowing me to make the video. Then, there was Fraps. Which didn't work. Someone tell me why.
So I used Hypercam. And this is the fruit of six whole hours of playing the same freaking thing over and over and over again.
And yes, I do have ZSNES set up to give me details about what I'm seeing on the screen. It's always been that way for me, because I've been creating PAR codes for foreign games that don't carry the same codes. I've noticed that PAL codes won't work with NTSE codes. And the vice versa. I also keep these things on so I know that the emulator didn't freeze.
And yes, I DO own the game, in its many forms. Off the top of my head, on the SNES, and on the X Collection for Gamecube.
how's the X collection of gamecube? i want to buy it

Well its pretty solid. No real issues, really. Even the controls work well enough that it doesn't detract for the original gameplay. I forgot to mention I have the old Mega Man X for DOS somewhere in my collection.
