I tried for this years team.. sadly I didn't make it.. buht I did my best tried my hardest.. I was deviated I love dance sooo much :'-(

you have to be able to turn for poms.(usually a double, at least) maybe you should try cheer?

Im trying out for high school's poms team (dance team) I have never taken dance classes but i do gymnastics, do you think that will help? It says on the requirenments I need doubles,pirouettes, fouettes, kicks, splits, and toe touches. I have all of my splits down good, and my toe touch is pretty good to but not perfect and i have okay leaps and kicks but not turns, do you think i have a chance at making it?! Any tips on how to make it and what to expect at try outs? PLEASE help! =)

well, i wouldnt personally know, I'm a guy, and therefore not on the team lol. are you auditioning for the Arvada team? if so, i may be able to direct you in the direction of help.
