So what? People change. You forget that he DID have the power to get revenge on all the whites. He could've KILLED all the whites if he wanted to for that matter, but he didn't, even after all he had been through.

but you forget that after so many years in jail he came out and sought to reconcile south africans and forgave and forgot about his own personal suffering, it could all have gone the other way like the ethnic cleansing war Serbia laid on the Kosovans!!! thank god mandela came when he did!!! sometimes people do and say things but they can change for the better, overall he was a good unifying president!!!

i don't know if that is true, if it is true i can't condone that, but there is a difference in singing those songs and based on his actions as president!!!
let's be grateful....the change over from governments could have been alot worse!!!
i would rather worry about the here and the now......what are people going to be voting.......Zuma is a major worry due to his background, current legal situation, lack of education and his obtuse obession with acheiving power by any means

there was a demonstration vote in London about a month ago i heard about it too late. what a pity we cannot get the message out there about these protest marches, this was protesting to get our right to vote as expats back.....ANC r definately not democratic what r they so scared of!!!!
