Be a fighter without having to fight. Survive against anyone or win without being a competitor. The fighter learned his lesson. I created my name by defeating dirty street fighters and competitors who wanted to prove our system was no good. I didn't have to hurt anyone nor did my students. In 1992, we stopped this practice and focused on teaching and building a world-class dojo. We built our reputation over the last 30 years and have nothing to prove. The proof is that we are still standing and growing while all the schools that do things the old way can't survive.
