@Nakama4eva knives are always a big deal unfortunatly, however good you are you die if you get it wrong, punches hurt but prob wont kill you.
Bart Cham Dao teaches the Wing Chun student to use "knives"/short swords to fight other weapons.

i dont think its true, what u said.
a MASTER (it dont rly need to be a master) use his reflexes, so he gain full-speed-punches and blitz-defense.
one or two knifers arent such a big deal.
btw the sixth form of wing chun (Bot Jom Doh) is about fighting people with a knife/dagger or just use a knife/dagger yourself.

Great Video guys.. Running away is always good if it is an available option. However we train wing chun in case we have to stand our ground and fight.

@PunjabiGGsingh yes it was a demonstration. If you look carefully you will see body armour under my friends hoody and the knife is not sharp.

Sun Tzu says the best way to win a war is winning without fighting. The guy should have ran instead of fighting it out because those 2 men might be carrying guns instead of knives.

totally! But they were my friends and it was obviously staged so I knew they weren't and it wouldn't make an interesting video if 2 guys walk up to me and I run away.
