@persianking44 i liked the movie cars, i thought it was good,, the only pixar movie i didnt like at all, was that movie UP, about the old man in that balloon house,, i just could not get into that one, i didnt like it at all

You know, Cars was an ok film, but it would have been better if it included all that info about Stanley and maybe a few flashback scenes of him founding the town. I mean, the biggest problem imo with the film is that I didn't really care about anyone in it except for Mater to some extent. Had they put all that background info on the town into the movie, I would have cared a little bit more about it :/ Oh well, can't wait for the new land!

@persianking44 I think that was the point of presenting that way, because as the viewer, you were presented with the residents of Radiator Springs in the same way Lightning McQueen was, without any kind of reason to care about them or know their background history. He had to learn that along the way... to "slow down" long enough to learn there was more to the world than just racing.
