@Craig123Jesus I've never noticed much similiarity between the 2 groups, but for anyone who has, it would have to be that CTA started sounding like the Buckinghams given that Guercio walked into an already existent 'horn' situation w/the Buckinghams and then went on to CTA.

Just watched a great dvd called "60's pop rock reunion live" that was recorded in Cleveland in 2003 for PBS with several top sixties bands including the Buckinghams.I highly recomend it to any sixties music fan.

Terry Kath would have been such a force in music. His 'licks' were unsurpassed. I really miss him. He WAS the rock behind Chicago.
