After they hit the slopes, the family including 6-year-old Jacob, whos suffering from Spina Gifida, and father Jeremy, who has Lou Gherigs disease was surprised by 17-year-old Demi, says Erin English, a publicist at the snowy citys Adaptive Sports Center.
