@womblewandering We saw his perform this on Broadway N.Y.C. I was able to take a picture with him after the show and we got his autograph on the playbill. It must be a little annoying to have to be nice to everyone after the show if he is just tired and wants to go home. I drag my boyfriend to a lot of Broadway and off Broadway show. He tollerates most, One time I was embarrased cause he was snoring loudly, but this show was his favorite.

@i11m4t1k he was so awesome, went and watched the movie a couple years ago on broadway, the whole thing himself.... but the thing is, it's his own story of how he grew up, so he remembers why and how and who and what of the entire story... just amazing

holy shit he plays the whole himself? thts insane

Is he a nice guy? Some guy here said chazz was not very approachable

Yes agree. I saw this movie and loved it but the part that really stuck in my mind was the love v fear moral.
I lent the movie to my friend and he said the same thing. terriifc movie overall

@TonyMacoroni1 Your mothers a malignant cunt.

@TonyMacoroni1 He wrote it as a monologue originally before it was a movie and performed it that way for years also. I met Mr. Palmenteri after a viewing of this play and I will admit he is not the most approachable of people, he comes across as a cold fish. HOWEVER, he ins't an egocentric asshole like you say. Actually a very talented man.
