Well organized but it cost us about three days work to outfit new ships.. it did put a dent in our wallet and made us a little more cautious.. in any case good job with the strike we hope to return the favor at some time.

Complete crap at cap and mods management. Sorry to say it but it's true. You got lucky the ecm drones did the job in time and that the other tengu came too and didn't target you.
He failed big time. Without the neuts there was no way in hell you could have got them down.
Nice kills thou.
Remember to activate that dcu faster.

Ahhh the good old days :)

If they were passive they would have been much less of a threat to us, worst case we would have sent someone back to Kspace to reship for more DPS. We have caught a passive tengu in a hole as well, still only took us 2:30 minutes to drop it, in a class 3 pulsar no less.

@extent421 Indeed, well played. You're lucky they were not passive tanked (it's actually damn good on a tengu).

@Elitecobra16 You pay half first, half after.
-
@garfify ECM drones... they couldn't target.

The second tengu is an idiot. He was wasting cap on shield boosting when it was nearly full...
You need more on you overview, you only have evrything in system+ friendlies up there. nIm thinking if there was an optoin to add spacedust to over\view, you would have already.

@becauseigame A a very valid and biting criticism. However when sneaky ninja hunting fleet mates and space dust decloak you just as easily as reds do. Celestials are listed to be able to quickly determine which ones are on and off dscan at any given moment, they sort to the bottom of the list so don't really get in the way with funtimes on grid.

Just FYI, a billion isk is a bit high for a ransom, when there's a good chance to get away with your implants. Unless he was completely faction fitted.

At the time Tengus were still fairly new and the hulls alone were worth quite a bit more than they are today. 1B seemed like a fair enough ransom given the ages of the characters involved, the SP loss they were sure to endure, and the "shiny" factor of the ship at the time. As it turns out each ship was fitted with about 4B isk in mods IIRC. After splitting the drop each of us walked away with nearly 1B isk. The ransom would have saved them alot :p
