Tornado Huntsville Alabama Thursday Janurary 21th 2010 - This is the 2nd video i took when i realised it was ok to be out. The damage didnt start till after it passed my neighborhood. You can really hear the hail starting to beat down on my car and the sirens starting to blare. The air was still dead still but you can hear this weird wind noise in the video that was going on. It was pure chaos at this point as there were sirens everywhere of all kinds. It is something to see this thing...Im just glad no one was majorly hurt i wish we could say the same for the building structures and trees though.

I was going outside when i heard the hail start and knew the weather was wonky because of it pouring down rain and hailing with the sun out!! I had originally stepped out to record the hail and little did i know i would be staring at a friggin wall cloud that was about to come down. I started taking this video about a minute or two before they sounded the first sirens. The air where i was...was eerie...very very eerie...it was dead still no wind at all but there was this creepy wind like noise you may be able to hear in the video that was going on despite there being no wind. It was raining and the hail coming down was about pea sized to dime sized. The wall cloud came down about 10 minutes or so passed my neighborhood and caused alot of damage to the Chapman mountain and five points area which is still being cleaned up this morning. IT was pure chaos over here sirens everywhere and tornado sirens too..it was really scary to stare at one of natures most dangerous creations go right by your house. There were minor injuries but ALOOOOT of damage and i also ended up leaving the area because there was supposedly a gas leak in the area but everything is ok and they got it fixed.

wow! I'm glad you're ok! That must have been scary. o_o; The wind does sound kinda eerie on the video.. and I can hear that hail clearly. Hope you and everyone else in your neighborhood are doing fine now.

acutally it touched down about 1.3 miles from my house there is alot of damage over in the chapman mountain and 5 points area but i think they have mostly got it cleared up. It was deemed a F2 tornado later on there and it was very scary!. Anyway i need to talk to you i got a new texting phone thingy ma bob and wanted to give it to you so you can keep in touch more. That's a relief.. I would have pooped my pants if I saw a tornado that close. XD; ok, I emailed you. A texting thingy ma bob huh? XD sounds interesting. lol
