Hell to the yes. Dudley and Makoto can eat dicks (no, but I main oro and I'm not gonna see him until at least Super Street Fighter IV Turbo. And I think most people agree ibuki is probably the MOST similar character to oro in 3s, or maybe Urien).

Actually, believe it or not, I'm most excited for Dee Jay, my main in Super Turbo. He's a secret high-mid-tier. Secret because everyone thought he blew for years before someone realized he was a good character.
