For my 19th Birthday in 2008. My parents rented me a Delorean which had been modified to look like the one from Back to the Future.

  • @Epoq That and if De Lorean was still alive.

  • You still need the liscence plate "Outatime" !

  • That is pretty awesome.

A few days ago I was walking to the mall, and I saw a DeLorean parked at a Gas Station. The owner was extremely nice and let me take as many pics as I wanted.

  • Lol, that's why going back in time is such a difficult task. :)

Still, this is such a badass car even to this day. I can only imagine what kind of car DeLorean could produce today if it was still officially in business.

  • omg ur so lucky, i want it

  • They went up to 85 because of federal regulations at the time. The Delorean in BTTF had one that went to 95. The car's actual top speed is 120. Unless you have a turbo version or a Stage 2 performance upgrade then it goes up to 140. DMC of Houston makes a new speedometer that goes up to 140. I rode in a standard Delorean last week and it was AWESOME!

  • lol, the funny thing is that the deloreans speedometer only goes up to 85

  • cool

  • Lucky man! That's awesome that you can do things like that. Did get it to 88 MPH? lol
