Almost every weekend for the next eight weeks, celebrity chefs and foodies will hit the Sub Zero/Wolf demo stage at Sanctuary, explaining the recipes behind the multi-course lunches being served. Each Lunch & Learn costs $65 ($95 if it's a dinner) with an overnight room stay available for $169. And new this year are Lunch & Learn preview dinners in XII, elements' new private dining room. Held usually the night prior, these dinners max out at 12 people, ensuring you actual convo-time with the guest chefs and Beau Mac himself.
