Cap and trade really worked for New Zeland!! They suspended it. Australia didn't pass it and the U.S. will not pass this massive tax on Americans!! Dream on Odumbo lovers. 2012 can't come soon enough!!

pfft, new zealand elected a new gov't and the new gov't temporarily suspended it....i believe they started it last year, which doesnt give cap n trade much time to see its real results....

u fail to mention the times cap n trade has worked....the acid rain, leaded gas, nos, etc..all leading to better air and water quality, etc...
