Restorative Justice means a restoration of LAW. South Africa is a Lawless nation that is persecuting in almost mirror image to the Apartied system. Whites violently persecuted and isolated and all the resident Rev can say is lets look to Jesus as the model... The man has lost it, in the belly of the beast and is busy trying to tell everyone what a fantastic diet it keeps.
