most likely superglue, a lot of companies do that, but i would recommend using normal wood glue because that's always removable

That isn't the same model of guitar through the entire video. At the least, two different models are used. The headstock shown at 4:43 is a Seagull non-cutaway, but the guitar at the end is a Godin cutaway. Seagull is a sub-brand of Godin, so it is certainly possible all of the footage is shot at the same facility even though the guitar model traced is not constant.
