@allochtoon4ever Wrong, the New Testament itself was written about 30 years after the death and resurrection of Jesus according to Biblical manuscripts and several accounts such as Josephus. Christians have always existed since around the same time Jesus has.

The Old Testament is good but it's no longer practical which is why it was overturned as seen in 2 Corinthians 3:7-18. It is also very hard to keep up with the law in order to look righteous in the eyes of God. You should follow the New Covenant so you can live under grace so that you may experience God's gift of repentance and forgiveness.

We Indians think India is the end of the world ,that is why statements like 1rst university,people of all world coming to India to learn philosophy etc.These things ,we are taught at in our indian society which post independence has taken a overhyped sentimental approach to anything and everything indian.For you there is no diff between ur gods and your country ,for us the world is a big place and all people one human race.Anyways god guide u from ur illusion

Hello !Peace! My 2000 years of belief is based on hinduism!!.I LL give you a chance . Prove it ,and also prove Sanskrit is mother of all EU languages.The fact is, the gods of hinduism u worship 2day did not exist 1400 or so years back and Sanskrit did not exist 2000 years back.Christianity is a eastern religion and not western 4 ur kind info .I say Hinduism is based to a gr8 extent (not entirely) to Judaism and Christianity .I challenge you to prove me wrong.

@TheDhruv002 personally I don't find that hard to believe since I know that The Apostle Thomas was well known for his visits in countries such as India. Granted I still think to say all of our philosophy sounds odd since we have a lot of Greek & Jewish philosophy that we usually go by. I would say that in India I doubt they focus as much on that philosophy b/c it is a different culture and when you preach you use the symbolisms of the area Indian in India. @ldl1949 You have to understand that Christianity is not a hate-filled 'religion' (if we can call it that awful word), it's God reaching out to us through peace in His Son, Jesus Christ. It's about the Lord God from the Universe leaving His throne above to sacrifice Himself for sinners to redeem His own creation back to Himself.

Weird, considering that hinduism has more of a spiritual understanding than most "forms" of christianity could ever dream of. Including the bigot Pat Robertson's twisted mainstream "Christian Right" version.
Studied up on Hinduism, I did, and I'm seriously thinking about converting completely, there are many different forms, just like christianity. You will be satisfied, I promise.
