A partner yoga adjustment to stretch the shoulders and chest of both partners; also a deep backbend for the ribcage of both partners. As the partner in downdog releases his knees, chest, and chin to the floor, the partner in wheel places one hand between his shoulderblades and one on his sacrum and presses the hands away from each other and down. He can focus on softening the spot in between the shoulderblades, and as the wheel partner releases the pose she puts pressure on his shoulders as well to deepen his stretch.
