@kowalalambo You've misinterpreted Herzl's intentions - at his time, and to this very day, jews are hated and not welcome in europe (i.e. Hungary's current elected party) on religious/racial basis. This has been long before modern day Israel was founded, and well before Zionism was even conceived. Herzl claimed that Zionism would be favored by anti semites because it would rid Europe of the jews, and that may be the only rational connection between Zionism and Hitler's ideology...
